Introduction

Ingredients

    1.15 Lb Tyson Ready Trim Chicken Breast Strips; cubed
    1 Red Bell Pepper; cut into strips
    1 Green Bell Pepper; cut into strips
    1 Large White Onion; chopped
    1 Can Bush's Black Beans; Reduced Sodium
    2 medium or 3 small tomatoes; diced
    1 packed Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
    1 package Aztec Flour Tortillas (10 per pack)
    1 cup Kraft Taco Cheese Blend
    Old El Paso Taco Sauce (as garnish)

Directions

Cube chicken and brown. When brown add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning. Continue to cook over medium heat.

When the liquid is reduced down to half place the bell pepper strips, onions and black beans in the skillet.

Fill 10 tortillas with hot mixture; top with 1/10 cup cheese and 2Tbsp Sauce; serve immediately.
