Lori's low carb crockpot chicken soup

Introduction

I adapted this recipe and left out the heavy cream and cream cheese found in other soup recipes. I adapted this recipe and left out the heavy cream and cream cheese found in other soup recipes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 cups water
    3 chicken breasts [or whatever cooked chicken pieces you have on hand]
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/4 large cabbage, shredded
    5 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
    a few sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 bouillon cubes

Directions

Preheat crockpot on high. chop up garlic and onions. add oil to crockpot. add onions and garlic. chop up cooked chicken, cabbage, cilantro. add all to crockpot. add 6 cups water. add 2 boullion cubes. cook on high 4 hours or low 6 to 8 hours or until done. Makes 6 servings.
