Soy Milk n Sausage Cheddar Quiche

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Whisk together 2 cups soy milk with 4 beaten eggs, add
    margarine or butter. Add half cup of flour, whisk that in as well. Pour into quiche pan. Add cooked italian sausage
    sliced (2 links) and cup of peas. stir well to even out ingredients, Add 2 oz of cheddar cheese grated or sliced.

    May season with fresh ground pepper or alittle salt (Optional)


Directions

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
