    2 LBs Cube Steak
    2 Stalks Celery, Chopped (1Cup)
    1 Large Carrot, Chopped (1/2 Cup)
    1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes or Whole Tomatoes
    1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Diced
    1/2 TBS Garlic
    2 TSP Worchestershire Sauce
    4 TBS Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    2 Bouillion
    2 Cups Water
    1/4 Cup Flour (add as needed)


Put all ingredients in Crock Pot EXCEPT Flour.

Add Flour to thicken as needed.
