Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
.25 tsp salt
2 c cranberries
.5 c. walnuts
.5 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, then add cranberries, toss to coat. Mix the remainder ingredients then add into dry ingredients. Spray a glass pie pan with non stick spray. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for about 40 min. Check with toothpick to make sure it's cooked through. Let cool then enjoy.
