6 potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. carrot, sliced
1 lg. rib of celery, sliced
4 t. chicken bouillon granules
1 T. parsley flakes
5 c. water
1/4 t. ground white pepper
1 T. salt
4 T. Smart Balance Buttery Spread
13-oz. can evaporated skim milk
*Cover. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 10-12 hours.
*Stir in evaporated milk during last hour of cooking time.
*Serve with sandwiches, crackers and a beverage.
