Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched,
    *Great Value Enriched Bran Flakes, 0.15 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 4 tsp

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Buttermilk, lowfat, 1.5 cup
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .25 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed

Directions

In a large bowl stir together first 6 ingredients, set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk egg, add remaining ingredients.

Pour wet into dry mixture, stir until moistened, do not over mix.

Pour onto hot pan, coated with cooking spray. Turn only once. Batter is thick so I try to spread it out or esle I find the centre doesn't cook thoroughly.

Makes about 10 - 4" pancakes
