Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup (I used fresh express 16oz which had more than 2 cups in it)
    chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .33 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Celery seed, .5 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Paprika, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Ground Mustard, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp

Directions

Place the cabbage and onion in a bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, then pour onto the cabbage and toss. Best if you let it sit in the frig for a few hours, but great fresh too

Makes 4 1-Cup Servings
