Chicken Sopa

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked chicken breast - bite size pieces
    2 cans condensed 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    12 (6 inch) corn tortillas

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put chicken into a mixing bowl. Add the chicken soup and green chiles. Mix well.

In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place a layer of corn tortillas to cover the bottom, then a lay of chicken mixture, then a layer of cheese. Make another layer of all three. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and brown. Let cool and serve.
