1 Corn Tortilla 1/2 cup Vegeburger 2 T. Chopped Onion 1/4 c. Daiya Cheddar Cheese 1/2 c. Enchilada Sauce
Dip Corn tortilla in hot oil to soften then press between papertowel to remove excess. Combine Vegeburger, Onion, and half of the daiya cheddar and add half of the enchilada sauce. Mix and place in tortilla. Pour remaining sauce over, top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees. I make 10 at a time.
