Ingredients

1 sm. pkg sugarless raspberry Jello
1 sm pgk. sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 sugarless angel food cake
1# fruit (blackberries combined with whatever available black cherries are wonderful, strawberries (large fruit needs cut)
1.75 C. milk (2/3 cup dry milk mixed with 1.75 cups water)
Directions
Mix fruit Jello with 3/4 cups boiling water until clear, then add 3/4 cups ice water. Stir till just thickening
Add the fruit, refrigerate until thickened but not firm.
Mix up pudding with 1.3/4 cup milk (2/3 c. dry + 1/75 water)
Cut the angel cake in thirds horizontally. Lay the top upside down in a glass bowl. Use the middle to fill in holes.
Add a layer of 1/2 the pudding, then 1/2 the berries/jello mix.
Add another complete layer, ending with the rest of the berries.
Serve with Cool Whip.
Makes 12 1- cup portions
