Ingredients

Can you read them in the list I already entered, please?

Directions

Put an aluminum foil sheet on the tray that is at least 4 inches longer than the tray on each side.

Put your rib stack in the middle of the aluminum foil.

Mix all the seasonings except for the olive oil in a bowl.
With a brush, spread the mix on the ribs. Turn over and spread seasoning on the other side. If there is some seasoning remaining, save it for later.

Fold the aluminum foil over the ribs to cover them.

Tose your baby potatos with the olive oil in a bowl.

Put them on the sides of the ribs, outside the aluminum foil.

Cook at 180C for 90 minutes or until the temperature is about 180F and the ribs feel really tender.

Open the aluminum wrap and spread the rest of your seasoning on the ribs.

Cook for another 15 minutes or so.

Serve and enjoy with some salad.
