1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 oz dry pasta
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
8 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon
8 cups water
To Taste: onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, thyme, rosemary, coriander, paprika
In a large stockpot combine chicken, water, bouillon, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and add pasta of your choice.
Meanwhile, defrost the veggies in the microwave. Add them to the stockpot.
Serve when pasta is al dente.
Makes 8 servings.
