Ingredients

    1. C. Corn, Frozen
    1. C. Green Beans, Frozen
    1/2 C. Peas, frozen
    1. C Carrots, raw
    2. large Potato, Diced
    1. Can (14 oz) Beef broth
    1. C Onions, Chopped
    1 tbsp crushed Bay Leaf
    1. C. Barley, pearled, raw

Directions

In stew pot combine all ingredients. Add water to cover by one inch. Bring to a boil. Let boil for 10 min then reduce jheat and simmer for 30 min.
