Crustless Punpkin Pie

Introduction

I add a little protein powder to it cause that's how I roll. Sooo yummy for those on low carb diets. I add a little protein powder to it cause that's how I roll. Sooo yummy for those on low carb diets.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups canned pumpkin
    1 egg
    2 egg whites (or use 2 whole eggs)
    1/2 cup xyiltol (or sweetener of choice)
    3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
    1/4 cup sugar free caramel syrup
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 tsp salt
    *1 tsp vanilla
    *1 scoop vanilla Protein Powder(Optional)

Directions

Coat 9" pie pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake 350 for 45-55 min. Cool on a rack and then chill before serving.

*If use vanilla protein powder go less on the vanilla extract.
