vegetable spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp olive oil
    3/4 c onion
    3/4 c celery
    3/4 c bell pepper
    3 c sliced mushrooms
    2 c sliced zucchini
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    Italian seasoning

Directions

Saute all veg in olive oil. Add seasoning to taste. Add tomato sauce. Simmer till all is hot.
