Introductionyummy breakfast yummy breakfast
1/2 c dry, old fashioned oats
1/2 packet individual size peanut butter (bit less than 2 tsp)
1 small square chocolate, 5 grams
1 T no sugar added raspberry spread
artificial sweetener, optional
Add artificial sweetener if you like.
Pour in the bowl you will eat in.
2. Break chocolate in bits and mix in.
3. Stir in peanut butter. I add little "bits" on top of my dish and let it melt on top of the oatmeal.
4. Top with raspberry spread.
5. Eat up!
makes 1 generous sized bowl. Easy to scale up portions.
