3/8 pack mori-nu extra firm silken tofu (1.5 portion)
1c canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
artificial sweetener to taste, try equivalent to 2 T
1/2 t or to taste pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ground ginger to taste)
sugar free flavoured syrup, optional
Top with sugar free syrup if you want.
note: if you add some diluted gelatin or agar, then refrigerate for a few hours, you get a jelled dessert that's pretty cool.
Enough for 2 servings as a snack or a 3 servings for dessert.
