2 lb round steak.
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp all purpose unbleached flour
2 Sweet Potatoes, washed
4 Carrots, washed
2 Red Onions
1 tbsp Minced garlic
2tsp granulated beef bouillon
1 cup water (for bullion)
In a bag, combine pepper, onion and garlic powders, and flour. Add meat and shake to coat. Brown on stovestop to desired color.
To crock pot add (in order, so it softens right): Potatoes, minced garlic, meat, carrots, onions, broth (water and boullion). Add more water until full.
Cook on low for 12 hours.
Note: the sweet potatoes disintegrate and thicken the stew quite a bit.
