Quick Stir Fry

Introduction

A quick and easy stir fry when you've a taste for Chinese. A quick and easy stir fry when you've a taste for Chinese.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Package of Rice Stick Noodles
    3-4 Vegetables of your choice
    1 Meat/seafood of your choice
    5 tbsp Sesame Oil

Directions

In a wok w/lid or a very large pan with ventilated lid, pour 2 tbsp of sesame oil and a cup of water, add rice noodles, cover and let steam, stirring occasionally, while you chop vegetables.
Add vegetables, 2 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 cup of water and mix well, recover for one minute.
Add pre-cooked shrimp, last tbsp of sesame oil and soy sauce, stir well, turn heat down to low and let simmer for 5 minutesor until meat is done.
Serve
