Chocolate chip mini-muffins

Number of Servings: 48

Ingredients

    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    *Margarine, soft, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, packed (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.3 cup (remove)
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package) (remove)

Directions

Cream sugar and margarine. Add other ingredients except milk, flour & chocolate chips. Add milk & flour alternately. Beat until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
Sppon into mini muffin pans. Bake 350 degrees 10 - 12 minutes.
Makes 48 mini-muffins
