Introduction

This is a low-carb treat for a pretty quick meal. You can add spices for your taste, but I use cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, and black pepper. This is a low-carb treat for a pretty quick meal. You can add spices for your taste, but I use cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, and black pepper.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Bobak's Smoked Sausage, 8 oz
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked, .25 cup pieces

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan or an large-cast iron pan over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook for 2 minutes. Add onions, bell peppers, garlic and mushrooms. Season with salt and cayenne to taste and saute for 6 to 8 minutes.

2. Season shrimp with salt and cayenne in a mixing bowl . Add to mixture and cook for 7 more minutes until shrimp is pink.


Make 3-4 servings
