Ingredients

    1 L Potato diced
    2 M onions diced
    3 L Eggs beaten
    1 tspn Black pepper
    1 Tspn Soy Sauce
    1 tablespoon Heinz Ketchup
    2 Tbspn Olive oil

Directions

Fry onions & Potatoes in 1 tbspn olive oil till done.
Season with soy sauce and black pepper.
Add beaten eggs.
Cook tille done.
Serve with ketchup.
Makes 4 servings.
