Non-Stick Cooking Spray
2 med Eggs, beaten
2 cups Brown Rice, pre-cooked or left over
2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp reduced sodium Soy Sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Add rice and stir fry until toasty and a little dry, approx 4-5 mins.
Reduce heat to med-low, add soy sauce, continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, add sesame oil and toss well to evenly distribute.
Add salt 7 pepper to taste.
Makes 5, 1/2 cup servings
