Simple Baked Tofu

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    One block tofu [about 18 oz]
    2 Tbsp organic ketchup
    2 Tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos
    1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes.

Drain the tofu by wrapping a towel around the tofu and squeezing until much of the liquid is released (you may need to repeat this step).

Stir together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

Place tofu on a baking dish in a single layer and pour the mixture over the tofu - using a brush to coat each piece well.

Bake for about 40 minutes (stirring half way through) or until the sauce has begun to caramelize and the tofu is firmer.

Enjoy! Makes 6 30z servings.

Topping ideas: green onions + sesame seeds.
