Yummy Pork Chops

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 lean pork chops, bone-in approx. 6 oz. apiece
    1 T. canola oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 cup light sour cream

Directions

1. Brown pork chops in Dutch oven in canola oil.
2. Top with onions and mushrooms.
3. Combine water, mustard and salt and pour over pork chops.
4. Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer, cooking 60-75 minutes or until pork chops are done.
5. Remove chops and keep warm. Add sour cream to liquid in skillet and heat through.

Makes 4 main dish servings.
