Sauerkraut, 4 cups (drained)
Gluten Steaks, about 10
Cut leaf spinach - frozen - 4 cups
Cream of mushroom soup (condensed) 1.5 cups
Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
Mashed potatoes - no milk or butter - 5 cups
Place veggie steaks over kraut
Combine cream of mushroom soup and mushrooms and spinach and place over steaks.
Put mashed potatoes over soup mix - be sure and cover completely - forming seal around dish.
Sprinkle with Paprika, salt and pepper
Bake at 350*F for 30-40 mins.
