Potato onion soup

Ingredients

Boiled then mashed potatoes -2
Tamari or Soy Sauce- 1 Tbs
Milk- 1.25 Cup
One small red onion, julienned
Butter- 1 Tbs
Seasoning Salt- Optional
Parsley- Optional
Oregano- Optional
Pepper- Optional
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft then mash with a fork. Add 1 cup of the milk and save the rest for later.
Slice onion then grill till a little bit are brown.
Add to potato/milk mixture and set to boil, stirring constantly.
Add Tamari.
Soup will thicken after a while, add the rest of the milk then.
Add wahatever spices/herbs you want.
Soup done.
Makes 4 1/2 Cup servings, or two 1 Cup servings.
