Ingredients

    1 box of sugar free jello
    1 can light fruit cocktail drained
    1 can chunk pineapples drained
    1 carton of small curd cottage cheese drained
    1 carton of coolwhip

Directions

this make a large size bowl, i use fat free light and sugar free items! comes up to about 1400 cals for the whole bowl
