Chicken and Mozzella Won Tons

Introduction

Ingredients

    24 Won Ton wraps
    1 cooked chicken breast
    1 oz Mozzarella cheese
    1 oz bell pepper
    1 tbsp bacon bits
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup sweet onion
    1 tbsp Soy Sauce
    .5 tbsp olive oil
    Pam Olive oil spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. In a hot skillet, spray with Pam Olive Oil Spray and add bell peppers, onions, bacon bits, and soy sauce. Cook until almost done, then add the egg and scramble into the mixer. Take off eye and set aside. In a food chopper, chop up the chicken to a rough chop, then add the ingredients from the skillet plus the mozzarella cheese. Add 1 tablespoon of water to mixer so it won't be dry. Chop together until blended. You can add pepper, ginger and other spices here if you wish as this particular recipe is a "base" to build from--be creative-but it's fine just as it is!

Spray a cookie sheet with Pam Olive oil spray.

Put a half tablespoon of olive oil in a small plate and as you put the filling into each wrap, dip your finger in the olive oil and wipe it over the wrap. Bake on one side 5 minutes, turn them over and bake for 3 minutes on the other. Enjoy!
