Leslie's Flat Bread Pizza

Ingredients

    2 Flatout Flatbread Healthy Grain with Flaxseed bread
    1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced thin
    1/4 medium sweet onion, sliced thin
    1 Portobello Mushroom, sliced thin
    1 large roma tomato, sliced
    1/4 cup DeLallo Pizza Sauce
    1/4 cup Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
    6 Black Olives, sliced
    Fresh Basil Leaves sliced in ribbons

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Thinly slice onions, tomato, red pepper, and mushroom.
Lightly coat vegetables with olive oil and roast in oven until vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Brush one side of flatbreads lightly with olive oil or spray with olive oil Pam to prevent sticking
Toast breads for 7 minutes directly on the rack, olive oil side down
Remove from oven and add pizza sauce, spreading evenly
Split all ingredients between the two pizza's
Add half the cheese (split between the two breads)
Add mushroom, onion, bell pepper, and tomato. Top with remaining half of cheese, sliced olives, and basil.

Return to oven for 3-5 minutes, until cheese begins to melt.

Remove from oven and enjoy! I serve it with a basic salad.

This recipe yields two servings, each flatbread is one pizza.
