Kristie's Inside-Out Baked Potato Salad

Submitted by: KLC-WHITE

Introduction

It's always a treat to find foods that taste like they pack a big diet punch but are actually low calorie and low fat. That's how I came up with this recipe. I needed something that gave me protein without the added calories or fat. Nonfat yogurt did the trick while also adding a creamy richness without the added calories or fat!
