Kermit's Blue/Green Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/3 cup canned pineapple chunks with juice
    1 small apple
    1/4 cup fresh (or fresh) blueberries
    1 tsp of fresh ginger - grated
    1 cup frozen (or fresh) kale
    1 cup frozen (or fresh) spinach
    1 cup ice cubes
    stevia (5 drops or to taste)

Directions

Core apple and cut into 8ths

Suggest that you put berries, pineapple and apple in the blender first, followed by the rest of the ingredients

Cooks best if spinach and kale are frozen.

Taste before adding stevia, it may not be needed according to your tastes.
