Ingredients

    banana-1.5 medium
    almond milk wi calcium 1 cup
    ginger-ground 1 TBSP
    cinnamon-ground-1 TBSP
    ice cubes-6-8
    splenda-1 TBSP

Directions

put all ingredients into blender or processor
blend til smooth
enjoy

other fruits work well, and recipe is very easy to 'tweak'
I freeze this if extra bananas- it thaws by lunch time at work
