Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 onion thinly sliced
    1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1.5 T. Splenda
    1# Lean Flank Steak, cut into thin strips
    2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 t. Salt
    1/4 t. Pepper
    4 Oroweat 100% Whole Wheat Buns
    4 sl. Sargento Deli Style Provolone Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray and set over medium heat. When pan is hot, add onion, bell pepper and Splenda Saute until onions and peppers are tender and golden brown, about 10 mins. Remove onions and peppers from pan and set aside.

Add steak to skillet and saute until browned and cooked through. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and onion/pepper mixture, and cook until liquid is absorbed.

Divide steak evenly between the 4 buns and top with 1 slice of provolone cheese. Wrap in foil, transfer to oven and bake until cheese melts; about 10 minutes.
