Ingredients

    FILLING:
    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    2.5 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 10oz. jar of Ragu original Sauce
    10 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    CRUST:
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup egg subsitute (i.e. egg beaters)
    1 tsp. Oil
    1 cup Flour
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. Oregano
    2 Tbsp. Kraft reduced fat grated Parmesan cheese (opt., not included in nutrition info)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Coat a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown ground turkey and onion until meat is done, drain. Add sauce and heat through.
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with about a handful of the cheese.
Mix milk, eggs, oil, and flour till smooth. Add spices and cheese. Pour over top of meat sauce.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
Cut into 12 equal pieces.
