Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Introduction

A delicious chicken recipe I got from Allrecipes.com A delicious chicken recipe I got from Allrecipes.com
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 cup butter or margarine
    1 cup dried bread crumbs
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese (from a jar)
    2 tablespoons dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    dash of pepper
    8 chicken thighs (bone in, no skin)

Directions

Melt margarine and saute garlic for a moment. Place in a dish
In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into garlic butter and then into crumb mixture. Place into baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter and crumbs. Bake for 1 hour or 1 hour, 15 minutes at 350 degrees (or until chicken is done)
