Hamburger Casserole

Introduction

Family Favorite!! Family Favorite!!
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 Pounds Ground Beef
    4 large Potatoes Sliced
    1 large Onion diced
    10 oz Egg Noodles
    2 cups Carrots sliced
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup mixed with 2 cans water

Directions

In Cake pan or casserole dish:
Begin Layering ingredients.
Cover bottom with half of Hamburger,
then layer with half of Noodles,
then layer with half of Carrots,
then layer with half of Onions,
then layer with half of potatoes,
then pour half of Cream of Mushroom Soup,
Then Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover with aluminun Foil & Place casserole in oven at 350, and bake for 1 hour.
Check with fork to make sure carrots are tender. If not cook longer.
(Mom did not cook the hamburger or noodles first, just layered all the ingredients uncooked)
We serve with small biscuts, or bread & butter, yummy!!
