Ingredients

    Flour, white, .5 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Splenda, 1 T
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

1)Mix all dry ingredients together.
2)Mix all wet ingredients together and add all at once to dry ingredients and mix all together until moist.
3)Heat griddle and have husand make pancakes since I always burn them.

Makes 6 medium-sized pancakes.
