Ingredients:
Beans, great northern, 2 cup
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced
Chicken Breast, with skin, 1 breast, bone removed
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
Beans, black, 2 cup
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced
Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
Directions
Dice up your chicken breasts, celery & onion. Boil them in 5 cups of water for approx. 20 minutes to make your own low-sodium broth.
Then, rinse all the beans & add to the broth. Chop up your jalapenos & sweet corn. Add them to the soup & simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add salt to taste & enjoy.
