Introduction

This is a hemp protein bar made with high quality, low glycemic index ingredients. This is a hemp protein bar made with high quality, low glycemic index ingredients.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Flax seed (1/4 cup)
    Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)
    Vanilla extract (1 tbsp)
    Maple Syrup (1/2 cup)
    Old fashioned rolled oats (1 cup)
    Sunflower seeds (1/4 cup)
    Hemp Protein Powder (1 cup)
    Water (as necessary)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add water by the tablespoon to help with stirring if necessary. Pat mixture into a parchment-paper lined dish. Refrigerate over night. Cut into rectangles.
