Introduction

Ingredients

    1 low carb, whole grain tortilla (80 calories per serving)
    1/4c 2% mozzarella cheese
    8 slices Hormel Turkey pepperoni
    1 medium egg, whole
    1 medium egg white

Directions

Scramble egg and egg white in small bowl sprayed with Pam. Microwave for 30-60 seconds or until set; fluff with fork and set aside.

Sprinkle cheese on tortilla and top with pepperoni. Microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted. Add eggs and fold in half. EAT!
