Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)

Directions

Whisk eggs with milk. Spray baking pan (corningware works too) and layer cheese and veggies. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes until top is brown and eggs are set.
