Ingredients

    8 oz cream cheese
    12 oz yoplait greek 2x protein yogurt
    2Tbls finely chopped scallions
    2-4 green onions w/ greens chopped finely
    1-2 tsp freeze dried garlic

Directions

Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature, while waiting, chopp the green onions and scallions. Once the cream cheese is soft enough for mixing easily ad the remaining ingredients stir until smooth and creamy. refrigerate for at least 2 hours; longer is better.
