IntroductionMade with egg whites and margarine to cut out fat! Made with egg whites and margarine to cut out fat!
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs (I used 2 egg white and 1 whole egg)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Heat a small frying pan on medium-low. When pan is hot, pour a scant 1/4 cup into the pan and roll the pan around until it evenly covers the bottom. cook until the edges are dry and lifting off the pan. Check to see if the bottom is slightly golden and if so, flip to cook the other side. Stake crepes on a plate when finished or serve immediately.
Makes approx. 20 small crepes.
