Introduction

This is a super quick dish to whip up when you don't have much time. It is also great to take with you when there is no microwave available to heat your food up. I like to put this in a cooler packed on ice and take it with me to Disneyland. Ingredients

    1/4 cup sliced raddish
    1 Tbs Cilantro
    100g shrimp (Buy the shrimp from the store already cooked.)
    1/3 cup casa sanchez
    1/2 cup chopped cucumber
    4 dashes Tapatio
    1 Tbs Lemon Juice
    Salt and Pepper
    2 cups field Greens
    Sliced Red Onion, if desired

Directions

Chop everything up put it in a bowl and mix. Put your field greens a salad dish and put your ceviche mixture on top and eat it!
