Ingredients

    * Almonds, 2 cup, whole (remove)
    * Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp (remove)
    * Raisins, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    * *carrot, 1 raw (7-8" long), 2 serving (remove)
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    * Dates, 4 date (remove)
    * Water, tap, 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

food process all. and wet to dry then place in dehydrator at 145 for 1 hour, then reduce to 115 for 2 hours. take off flex sheets and keep drying 4-6 hours. they should be slightly soft still. enjoy!
