Whole Wheat Vanilla Almond Muffin

Introduction

This started as a recipe for make your own cereal; howver, it did not come out right. Not knowing what to do with the rest of the batter, I improvised and got this. My husband and daughter love it. This started as a recipe for make your own cereal; howver, it did not come out right. Not knowing what to do with the rest of the batter, I improvised and got this. My husband and daughter love it.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 cups water (original)
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup brown sugar

    1/4 cup granulated sugar (improve)
    2 tbsp vanilla extract
    crushed almond slivers
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    2 tbsp baking powder
    1 tbsp baking soda
    1 egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tin or cake tin.

Bake at 325 - 350 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick run through comes out clean.
