Cauliflower Soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 small cans low sodium fat free chicken broth
    1 whole head of Cauliflower cut up
    2 c. Celery hearts chopped
    20 carrots chopped1 large Onion chopped
    1 c. Fat free Half and Half

Directions

Boil all ingredients except the half and half until tender, then remove about 1 c. of the veggies and set aside. Puree the rest of the soup until smooth and return to pan and add the 1 c. of half and half heat through. Makes 8 1 c. servings at 118 calories each. and 1 Weight Watchers point.
