Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

    2 15.5 oz cans of Low Sodium Black Beans
    1 14.5 oz can of Lower Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 15.5 oz jar of Medium Salsa

Directions

Drain and Rinse Black Beans.

Put all ingrediants into a pot and mix.

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat while using an emerson blender til creamy.

Bring back to a boil and serve. Top with small dollop of sour cream. (not included in nutritional information)
